In the Morning, of May 25th, 2026, we payed our respects to those who gave the ultimate sacrifice. Then, in the afternoon/evening, we ended up having a Cleveland sports doubleheader to cover.
To start, we witnessed an absolute beating between the Guardians & Nationals with Starting pitcher Tanner Bibee allowing 6 home runs (before the third inning).
Welp, enough of that. I was originally set to head home on this Monday off of work, but, then I noticed the Cavs game four of the Eastern Conference Finals was about to start. After I had to go through metal detectors to get back to the parking garage I put the car in (because the watch party was happening right out in front of it), I decided to hangout and watch on the big TV’s for awhile.
With about five minutes left in the first quarter, a couple came quickly walking past, waving to someone they say in the crowd and saying “yea we’re headed in, there were tickets on SeatGeek for $70!” I thought to myself, “$70? For the Conference Finals? I’ve only been to the first round of an NBA playoff game before” – as I quickly opened SeatGeek, weeded through the $300+ listings, I found one! $75 box office tickets for the upper level!let’s go watch Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals, which hopefully for one game, will be better than that Guardians one! (the last three in the series have not been)
We experienced some Stars, a Great Halftime performance, and hijinks from the fan’s favorite dog (Moon Dog), and sadly, we experienced a full blown blowout….again. At halftime it was about a 28 point differential, and the Cavs ended up loosing the game by 40 points, and the series 4 games to 0. Anyway, here’s some pictures!
